Cerro Mouro develops and constructs eco-luxe houses with innovative bio-based solutions with its highly motivated Powered by Co team. CO Cerro Mouro is integrated into a unique location on the border of the West Algarvian Natural Park and less than 10 min. drive away from beautiful beaches. Sustainable innovation is high on the agenda of the company, with the aim to increase living comfort and at the same time reduce the environmental impact and monthly energy bills of the occupants. The company uses an integrated approach to recycle all domestic water. As part of the project, a communal green zone with vegetable gardens, quiet areas to relax, an orchard, and an ecological swimming pond are planned.
